HR Coordinator / Management Assistant (32–40 hours)

Introduction

First you, then coding

Attention: this job requires you to be fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.

With us, you come first (first you). Everyone is welcome in our teams; we embrace diversity in every form. That’s why Iquality is more than just a workplace – it’s a place where you can truly be yourself, where you’re given the space to grow to your full potential and deliver your best work. And for that, we need you!

Your impact

In this role, you are an essential link within our organization. You ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and that colleagues feel welcome and supported. You’re the first point of contact for applicants and employees, combining a hands-on mentality with a strong focus on people. We give you plenty of freedom to organize your work in your own way – making the role not only challenging but also enjoyable!

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same. One moment you’re coordinating the recruitment process: sending application confirmations, answering candidate questions, processing and managing data in our ATS system (Recruitee), and scheduling interviews.

Another moment, you’re diving into HR administration. You keep personnel files up to date, process changes, and optimize HR processes in AFAS. You serve as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions.

You also proactively manage absence notifications, maintaining contact with employees, occupational health services, and managers.

A work environment that’s more than just work

You also contribute to the growth of our people. Under the guidance of our HR Manager, you help organize internal training sessions and support the development of growth programs. And because a pleasant work environment is about more than just work, you make sure the office is in great shape and that there are regular social moments – from drinks to team activities.

Together with our Office Manager, you also support general administrative tasks, such as processing invoices and answering incoming calls. In short: you are the connecting force that keeps everything running smoothly, while also having the freedom to bring in ideas and make things better – and more enjoyable.

Sound good? With us, you’ll find a place where professionalism and a great work atmosphere go hand in hand. You make the difference – every single day.
