Ensuring quality and securing data is not a goal, but standard

To control quality and achieve our quality objectives, we have implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) and an Information Security Management System (ISMS), based on ISO standards.

Our combined QMS & ISMS consists of policies, processes and procedures that we use to maintain and improve the quality of our products and services, and to ensure the security of our data and that of our customers.

The QMS & ISMS includes planning, development, quality control and continuous improvement. The main goals are to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, and to optimize customer satisfaction and quality.

To demonstrate our commitment to quality and the security of the information we manage, we are certified to ISO9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO27001 (Information Security Management Systems).

Support and quality assurance by our quality and security team

Our quality and security team provides comprehensive support to our multidisciplinary teams and ensures continuous quality assurance through:

  • Support in drawing up product security plans and test strategy plans
  • Semi-annual team assessments to evaluate progress and quality within teams
  • Annual internal audits by certified internal auditors to ensure compliance and improvement
  • Annual external audits by independent auditors for an objective assessment
  • Proactive risk management sessions at all levels of our organization to identify and address potential risks in a timely manner.
