You work intensively with your colleagues, our customers and other stakeholders to ensure that our solutions not only work flawlessly, but also meet the highest standards of user satisfaction.

Your Impact as Test Engineer
As a senior Test engineer, you play an indispensable role in one of our teams and in the test guild, where you guarantee the quality and functionality of our software products. Your work is diverse: you perform technical and functional tests on the solutions developed within the team, analyze software requirements, design and review specifications and provide feedback on them. You make strategic test plans and create test cases and test data for complex and critical scenarios. You are able to identify and implement improvements in test processes and best practices.
All this while testing complex software systems that often have many interactions with other applications. You are given the space to deepen or broaden your knowledge in test automation, and to contribute to the development of automated tests for regression testing.
Your insights are therefore crucial for the early detection of potential issues, refining the user experience and increasing the reliability of what we build. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our software not only meets technical specifications, but also really meets the wishes and requirements of our users.
What you bring to the team
We would like to welcome a senior who has a foundation in functional testing methods and techniques. You understand Agile principles, and you are used to working in complex environments with many stakeholders.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium or Robot Framework is a nice addition to your skillset. And if you have a TMAP or ISTQB certification, that is a nice bonus, although this is not a must.
Communication is important in this role; we are looking for someone who can clearly communicate findings, provide direction and is able to initiate follow-up actions both independently and together with the team.
