Will you make us even 'smarter'?
Attention: this job requires you to be fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
Do you like to keep an overview, are you good at analyzing situations and do you approach problems by thinking in terms of solutions? Do you come into your own without strict frameworks, but where it comes down to taking initiative and using the space that is available?
Then you will be able to help our customers and colleagues with your skills & experience and therefore be part of challenging projects. You will have to deal with testing complex software systems, often with many interfaces to other applications. Where possible, you can get involved with test automation.
You will end up in an organization with a true technical culture: freedom, autonomy, responsibility, a fine balance between work and private life, large training budgets and plenty of room for your ideas to solve unusual challenges. This way you can get the best out of yourself and help make Iquality and your colleagues even better.

What you will do?
You will become a member of one of our development teams, consisting of a team lead, backend developers, front-end developers, (Strategic) UX designers and a solution support engineer. Together with your team, you continuously look for the best solutions for our leading customers, while monitoring and increasing quality within your team.
You do this, among other things, by co-drafting and testing requirements, drawing up strategic test plans, creating test cases and technical and functional testing of the solutions realized within the team. You apply the right test frameworks, strategies and phasing to ensure that the developed solutions meet the stated requirements and wishes. You also think about the implementation of test automation. You also enjoy inspiring and motivating colleagues. With your broad knowledge of testing strategies, tools and techniques, you contribute to innovation and the learning process within the team. But also sparring and sharing knowledge and experiences within our own guilds, such as organizing hackathons and deep dive sessions. In short, we give you the opportunity to get the best out of yourself and others.
You...
- Have experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodology, so that you can draw up requirements together with the business and the team;
- You have knowledge of and experience with functional test methods and testing techniques;
- A TMAP and/or ISTQB certification is a plus;
- Experience with various testing tools such as Selenium or Robot Framework is a plus.

Working at Iquality
From day one you will be included in one of the self-managing multidisciplinary teams. In these teams we bring together strategy, concept, design, development and support. This means that teams consist of software and front-end developers, but also of designers, testers and other specialists. We are happy to take responsibility for the entire Solution Lifecycle of software, apps or sites. Together with your team and the customer, we take on the challenge of adding more value to our customers' digital products in short sprints. Quality, innovation and sustainability are important terms. Think of great projects for clients such as Freo, Vitens, Athlon and Damen Shipyards. For example, we are helping to build Vitens' 'My' environment and we are developing a mobile app for LeaseplanBank.
