As a Front-end Developer, you look beyond the interface alone.
You contribute to shaping solutions where technology, user needs, and business goals come together. You understand how different systems, platforms, and integrations work together and the role the front end plays within the larger ecosystem.
Together with your team, you will work on modern digital platforms and composable architectures. You will help organizations modernize existing solutions and develop new digital products. In doing so, you will balance user experience, performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability.
You will work for clients such as banks, industrial organizations, and other businesses where quality and reliability are critical. This gives you the opportunity not only to build solutions, but also to contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions, and the future direction of platforms.
AI-Native Development
Software development is being fundamentally transformed by AI.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Building intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Developing composable and headless solutions.
- Translating complex business processes into user-friendly digital products.
- Collaborating with UX specialists, back-end developers, architects, and clients.
- Making technical decisions regarding architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
- Safeguarding code quality and promoting best practices within the team.
- Mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Exploring and applying AI-assisted development methodologies.
- Contributing to future-proof digital platforms that continue to deliver value to our clients over the long term.

- Have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Front-end Developer or in a similar role.
- Have extensive experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Are familiar with modern front-end architectures and development practices.
- Have experience working in complex environments involving large amounts of data, integrations, and users.
- Uderstand how front-end development, back-end systems, infrastructure, and user experience influence one another.
- Think beyond screens and components, focusing on user journeys and business objectives.
- Have a strong focus on accessibility, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Can clearly explain technical decisions to both colleagues and clients.
- Take ownership and show initiative.
- Are curious about AI and its impact on software development.
- Can see the bigger picture and help others make better decisions.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
