We’re looking for a Solution Architect with deep expertise in modern front-end technologies. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for complex projects. Your technical skills and problem-solving mindset will be key in helping us deliver high-quality services to our clients.
What are you going to do?
You’ll be part of a dedicated DevOps team consisting of software developers (backend, full stack, front-end), QA, UX—and YOU. Together with your team, you’ll continuously explore how to best understand our clients’ needs and translate them into solutions that we can design and develop ourselves.
Making impact as a partner
In your role, you’ll oversee domain and system architecture, laying the foundation for high-performance solutions together with your team. You’ll recognize patterns and changes and assess how they fit within the client’s architecture and the solutions being developed.
As the go-to partner for clients and their architects/product owners, you’ll be the expert in translating business and IT requirements into agile, future-proof solutions. You’ll act as the critical link between business demands and technical delivery.
By actively listening to stakeholders, challenging assumptions, asking the right questions, and proactively advising on possibilities, you’ll make a tangible difference—adding value to their business processes while creating new opportunities for us.
This role puts you in contact with a wide variety of stakeholders—from developers, product owners, and sales colleagues to client-side teams. You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle: from initiation through delivery and beyond, always aiming for maximum client impact and satisfaction.
Driving new concepts and ideas
You enjoy introducing new concepts and ideas—and sharing that knowledge with your team and colleagues. You’ll research and advise on what these developments mean for Iquality and our clients, assessing feasibility and applicability. Helping new team members get up to speed will also be part of your role. You’ll be a trusted guide when decisions need to be made or when challenges get complex.

- Truly immerse yourself in the client’s world: their business model, their challenges, and their playing field. Your experience, industry knowledge, and client insights enable you to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and spot opportunities. You think with, think ahead, and aren’t afraid to go off the beaten track if it creates more value.
- Have experience in one or more of the following sectors (a plus): utilities, manufacturing, and/or financial services.
- Have a proven track record in designing and implementing complex front-end solutions using modern technologies, with a strong focus on React.
- know front-end best practices and trends and can effectively use that knowledge to advise clients and deliver added value through innovative IT solutions.
- Value staying hands-on and close to the technology.
- Live in or near Nijmegen / Eindhoven, so you can join team sessions once or twice a week for in-depth discussions.
