Internship: UX/Motion Design - Designing and Visualizing for Online Media

Are you pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in CMD and looking for an interesting internship? If you are eager and want to make your internship the first step in your career, come and get to know us!

Context

In a digital world, visual communication is essential to make complex information understandable and appealing. Combining UX, motion design, and animations helps companies tell stories and improve user interaction. During this internship, you will work on challenging projects that range from 2D and 3D visualizations to animations and infographics, all aimed at online use.

Assignment Description

As an intern, you will support the team in designing and developing visual and interactive content. You will work closely with UX designers, marketers, and developers to create engaging and user-friendly visual solutions. Your tasks will include:

  • Designing visualizations in both 2D and 3D for various digital platforms.
  • Creating and editing images and visual elements.
  • Developing infographics that make complex information understandable and appealing.
  • Creating animations and motion designs that enhance the user experience.
  • Supporting the development of interactive concepts and prototypes.

This internship offers you the opportunity to further develop your creative and technical skills and contribute to high-visibility professional projects.

Expectations and Learning Objectives

During this internship, we expect you to:

  • Translate creative ideas into visual concepts and final products.
  • Become familiar with tools for 2D and 3D animation, image editing, and motion design.
  • Integrate basic UX principles into your work, focusing on usability and impact.
  • Work efficiently within a team, but also independently execute tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Be proactive and incorporate feedback to improve your work.

Learning objectives include:

  • Developing professional visualizations and animations aimed at an online audience.
  • Effectively communicating complex information through infographics and animations.
  • Increasing your knowledge of tools such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, Photoshop, or similar software.

Tools/Technologies Used

During this internship, you will use:

  • 2D and 3D design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Blender, or other relevant software.
  • Animation techniques: For both 2D and 3D content.
  • Prototyping tools: Such as Figma or Adobe XD for developing interactive mockups.
  • Online platforms: Optimizing content for use on websites, social media, and other digital channels.
